Suspect BUSTED for Second Degree Murder

On April 7, 2021, deputies responded to an altercation that took place between to males in the 4000 block of Venus Ave, West Palm Beach. Upon arrival deputies learned that the altercation resulted in one male being transported to the hospital with a head injury.

PBSO DNA Lab: 1995 Cold Case Solved

In 1995, the 14-year-old victim was at her school bus stop when the suspect offered her a ride to school. Instead, he drove elsewhere and sexually assaulted her. Almost 24-years later, the suspect is in custody with the help of the US Marshals Task Force. The suspect will face a Palm Beach County Judge in the morning. We can only hope the victim is one step closer to recovery.

Operation Strike Heat nets 60 Arrests

Operation Strike Heat nets 60 arrests for Weapons, Drugs, and Driving Charges. The operation concentrated on crime offenses of narcotics (trafficking and sales), firearms, burglaries, robberies, and gang activity.It took place in the north end of Palm Beach County last weekend, April 12th & 13th, 2019 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Human Trafficking Suspects in Custody

In August 2018, the Human Trafficking Task Force began an investigation into Human Trafficking activity which focused on two suspects, Keto Postemus and Aaron Martinez. On 10/11/18, HTTF executed a residential search warrant in the 2000 block of SW 12th Court, in the City of Delray Beach, to collect evidence in support of the human trafficking investigation. Man Busted for Food Stamp Fraud Found Guilty

Fugitive Michelson Janvier was found GUILTY on all counts, including two counts of Public Assistance Fraud and two of Fraudulent Use of Personal Identification. He is currently facing a total of 85 years in prison if the maximum sentence is imposed for all charges.

BUSTED Slaughterhouse in Loxahatchee

On August 2, 2018, The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office raided a Loxahatchee Groves Farm accused of operating an illegal slaughterhouse. Over the course of a six month period, this farm was investigated for illegal slaughtering and animal cruelty. The Illegal activity was discovered by the ARM (Animal Recovery Mission) who notified the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Hipolito Fraguela Busted

PBSO’s Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrested Hipolito Fraguela, of Lake Worth, on a warrant for the First Degree Murder of Crystal Rivera and Justin Moyer. Fraguela is currently being booked into the Palm Beach County Jail with NO BOND. The shooting took place on June 4th at the intersection of Okeechobee Blvd and Military Trail.

Jhaval Ward Busted

Our Detectives have arrested Jhaval Ward for Aggravated Battery with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm. This unfortunate shooting took place yesterday, at 4:15PM, in the 2000 block of Vining’s Circle in Wellington. Upon arrival deputies found an adult male shot, but conscious.
