Service Center ROCKS Andy and Ann in the service department have been absolutely incredible. Andy is a miracle worker and very upfront about everything. I came in totally confused about some issues related to programming new keys for my Jeep. He took a lot of time listening to me and explaining things. He got prices together for me and wrote down all I needed to do. Andy and Ann made me feel like part of the family. They both have great customer service skills and they both have a great sense of humor, which relaxed me a lot. I'll admit I was tense when I first got there! I could have stayed all day talking to them!! Wonderful, caring people for sure!!! I definitely felt the love while I was there. :). More

This is the second vehicle we have bought from there and both experiences were amazing. They were extremely fast and very friendly. They made purchasing a vehicle very simple and comfortable. They even went above and beyond as to thank me and my husband tremendously for our service in the Active Army. It made my husband and myself feel very appreciated for what we do. They even came to my house and helped with my vehicle i was trading in as it wouldn't start. Never have I had a dealership make everything so easy and so exciting. They even filled up our new vehicles we purchased with gas and detailed and washed them. They gave us a very reasonable amount for our trade in. All in all each time we have purchased vehicles there it was the best experience we have ever had with dealerships and we won't go anywhere else. I appreciate everything they did for us and how much they care. We even had friends buy from there awhile ago and we referred them and we both got $100!! They were very happy with their experience as well! :) More

Don't waste your time with this business.. I should have checked with the Better business bureau before driving 100 miles to buy a truck. They have the LOWEST SCORE WITH THE BBB.I called this plac have checked with the Better business bureau before driving 100 miles to buy a truck. They have the LOWEST SCORE WITH THE BBB.I called this place about a Ford ranger that they had listed on their website and on autotrader for $1,995.00. They said they still had the truck and I also asked if it was a misprinted ad or if there was something wrong with the truck for the low price. Gator the sales person said no. We left Augusta to go purchase the truck. We got there and drove the truck and offered them less for the truck just to see if we see if we could get it cheaper. Bobby the sales person took the offer to the manager and the manager came out of his office and had told me the truck was $4,995.00 that the third party advertisem*nt was wrong (autotrader.com) but I had copies of both auto trader and the dodge dealers website price proving the $1995 price was on the dealership site.CONS.. BAIT AND SWITCH!BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEE THE ROCK BOTTOM SCORE. THIS BUSINESS ISNT EVEN A BBB MEMBER. More
